We’re proud to mark an exciting moment today as we formally open our TXO operation in Hull, a key part of the wider Managed Service we are delivering for VMO2. While our teams have been fully operational since 1 April, today represents an important milestone where we come together to celebrate the start of this partnership.
We’re delighted to welcome Julian Davidge, Director of Technology Service and Operations, Heidi Godfrey‑Jones, Director of Partner Management, David Griffiths, Partner Manager & Operations Performance Manager and Alan Smith, Operations Performance Manager from VMO2, who join us today to mark the occasion.
TXO has secured a landmark Managed Service Contract with VMO2, under which we are delivering end-to-end support across the VMO2 voice network. This includes service operations, maintenance, projects, hardware logistics, and specialist technical capabilities with the Hull NOC forming one critical component of the overall service model. This partnership represents a significant step forward in TXO’s growth journey and reinforces our commitment to supporting critical communication networks through sustainable, circular economy principles.

As part of this transition, we’re delighted to officially welcome 70 highly skilled colleagues into the TXO family. Their expertise and experience have already been instrumental since go live on 1 April, and we’re excited to be opening this next chapter together.
This achievement reflects months of dedicated preparation. Since November 2025, our cross functional transition teams have worked closely with our partners to ensure a seamless and successful transfer of services.
