A festive thank you and important office hours update

As the festive season gets into full swing, we would like to take a moment to thank all of our customers and suppliers for their continued support and partnership throughout the year. We wish you and your team a joyful holiday season, and a happy and prosperous New Year.

To support our teams across different regions, our offices will operate with varying hours over the festive period, in line with local public holidays and regional schedules. Some locations will close fully for a short time, while others, such as TXO Solihull, will remain open with reduced staffing. Support for urgent matters will remain available through the agreed channels.
