4We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our fast-growing company’s hub in Australia. Reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor, the Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for operational Sales Administration for a Sales Account Manager or group of Sales Account Managers.

Specific responsibilities

General duties included but not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, quote templates and tracking
  • Logging of all sales enquires and quotations
  • Management of quote requests
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Manage and maintain a product cost register
  • Manage, track and maintain a register of parts and price list
  • Populate pipeline sales management documents
  • Liaise with internal and external staff including customers
  • Proactive development within the Sales Account Manager specific accounts as directed by the Sales Director
  • Providing warm leads or customer reports to the Sales Account Manager/s to finalise liaising with all departments to ensure efficiency and ensure resolution
  • Managing data input and flow, such as goods-in, delivery and invoicing
  • Updating CRM and business systems
  • Following up all invoice queries
  • Purchasing product when requested by the Sales Account Manager/s and with approval
  • Quality processes and including but not limited to logging of RMAs
  • When required providing cover of sales staff which they support
  • Other administrative duties as and when required

Other

  • Responsible for personal health and safety and operating in a manner that is safe personally and for others
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including but not limited to quality, health and safety, environment and information security
  • The role is also expected to perform any reasonable requests that are not defined but in the ability of the individual
